This round, Chef Rico is turning up the heat with a tribute to one of the legends of American cuisine—Emeril Lagasse. Known for his bold Creole and Cajun flavors, high-energy cooking style, and iconic catchphrase “BAM!”, Emeril has helped bring New Orleans cuisine into the spotlight. Chef Rico will be channeling that signature flair with a menu inspired by some of Emeril’s most beloved dishes:

Emeril’s New Orleans BBQ Shrimp
Chicken & Smoked Sausage Gumbo
Kicked-Up Creole Pork Tenderloin with Emeril’s Essence
Sweet Corn Maque Choux with Poblano-Cheddar Grits
